Great design doesn’t happen by accident. Every project follows a clear, collaborative process that keeps things organised, creative, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Whether it’s your first time working with a designer or your fifth, my aim is to make the experience feel straightforward, thoughtful, and exciting — without overwhelming.
Here’s how we’ll bring your ideas to life.
You tell me about your business, your goals, and what you’re hoping to create. The more info I have, the better I can design something that genuinely fits.
1: Discovery
2: Proposal & Planning
I’ll send over a proposal with scope, pricing, and timelines. Once everything’s approved and the deposit is in, your project is officially booked in.
Once approved, I’ll prepare and deliver all final design files. If print is involved, I’ll prepare everything for production so it comes out looking exactly as intended.
5: Delivery & Launch

Need additional graphics, new print materials, or updates later on? Returning clients can always come back for future design support.
Good design is collaborative. Once you receive your concepts, review the designs and share your thoughts. We’ll refine, tweak and polish until everything feels right.
3: Design & Development
This is where ideas start taking shape. I’ll develop design concepts that bring together colour, typography, layout and brand personality.
