After you’ve contacted me (either through my website or via email) it starts with my discovery form. This is your chance to tell me about your business, your goals, and what you’re dreaming up. The more I know, the better I can shape designs that feel like you.
Step 2: The Plan
Once I understand your needs, I’ll put together a custom proposal with scope, pricing, and timelines. When you’re happy, we’ll make it official with a signed agreement and deposit, then your spot is locked in and we’re ready to roll 🎉
Step 3: Creative Chaos & Refinement
This is where the creative sparks start flying. I’ll develop a few design options that bring together colour, type, and style to capture your brand’s personality. You’ll get to see the concepts take shape, share your thoughts, and give feedback (all ideas welcome, yes, even the “not sure about this” ones!). Together, we’ll refine and polish until the final design feels 100% you.
Step 4: Delivery & Launch
Once everything’s approved, I’ll package up your shiny new files (or printed pieces, if that’s part of your project) so you’re ready to use and share with confidence.
Step 6: Ongoing Support (Optional)
Need matching social graphics, a flyer for your next event, or updates down the line? I offer ongoing support for returning clients, so your brand always stays fresh and consistent.
